FITNESS BOXING plus YOGA for the Ultimate Workout

We have come up with a new concept of a workout so effective which will produce amazing results!

The goal of this style of workout was to come up with the Ultimate workout experience with the benefits of stress relief through both Yoga and boxing, mega calorie burn, strength and conditioning, high energy fitness boxing, and interval training all put together in a unique blend for a super fun workout!

We will launch this concept with a Last Chance Workout of 2 hours to jump-start your fitness program, weekend warrior style.

Tommy has joined forces with Dave Zoltowski to create the ultimate blend of Fitness, Boxing, and Yoga. Dave is a Yoga phenom and as a Yoga Instructor has found much benefit through his own Yoga practice as well as recognizing the benefits of the addition of strength training and high energy boxing.
